Background Investigation
Background Checks.
Surveillance is a comprehensive skill that includes the close observation of a situation to collect important information. Observation skills are required to a certain extent in almost every case that a Private Investigator will complete. Our Private Investigators learn general surveillance skills in their initial training and expand upon those skills via continuing education to improve their performance and the outcome of cases. Surveillance is a top priority skill for all our Private Investigators. With prevalent issues like marital infidelity, employee dishonesty, and crime, surveillance is one way you can stay secure. It gives you the facts and proof you need about the people you trust with your home, children, money, and your life.
It is fairly common for most background checks to be completed for employers but it is becoming more common for those who are active in online dating. A Pew Research Center study found 29 percent of online daters have searched for information on someone they were dating or were set to meet.
Families are also looking into background checks to protect loved ones from possible predatory activity. A rising number are hiring investigators to check out new companions, especially after an elder parent’s longtime spouse passes and there’s a lot of money at stake. Some want to confirm if a person is really divorced, and if so, what the legally stated reason is.
Other common checks include those done by real estate agents or property owners who want to ensure a buyer or renter’s ability and proclivity to pay.
Our private investigators can provide you with detailed information on any individual in the United States to help you make informed personal or business decisions.
